Under the Mind Spark program, the program team's capacity building training was organized at Sunrise Resort in Pushkar, in which the quality of the team's work was discussed and the team presented a report of their block through PPT. During the training of the team, under the Mind Spark program, it was explained in detail how the children have to do online teaching work and how the children can do the teaching work themselves and how the parents should be advised to teach the children daily was told in detail and how the children can be made to sit for 15 to 20 minutes daily for studying. Along with this, the team was made to do activities and games based on communication skills and team leadership so that leadership capacity can be developed in the team. In the training, the team was made aware of their roles and responsibilities and was given detailed information about how to achieve this year's target.
